You can breathe a sigh of relief- you are in the right place! With over 15 years of experience working in health and wellness, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they gain strength and cultivate a relationship with themselves through the mind and body connection.
You will find your calm space and identify new areas in your life that are meaningful to you. Through a therapeutic and supportive approach, I take the time to get to know you and help you create new experiences, beginnings and perspectives. From relationship difficulties, infertility, identity struggles and thoughts you perhaps have never spoke out loud to anyone before, I provide a safe space for you to share anything that is troubling you. Together, we will use skills to help you heal from emotional wounds and the stress you are experiencing.
Deciding to commit to therapy is for the brave. For some people, going to therapy can bring about feelings of shame, anxiety or failure. The real honest truth is that we are all works in progress. It is not possible for us to have all the answers to every single thing that comes up in our lives. Especially when it comes to the heavy stuff, to admit you need help is incredibly courageous.

I have facilitated specialty groups focused on empowering women, self-esteem, anxiety and depression, addiction, trauma, coping with change and mindfulness/meditation.
As a Certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, when my clients are open to learning and experiencing how a meditation practice may support their healing, I am able to bring that into our sessions.

I am an out-of-network mental health provider. Upon request, I will provide you with a superbill for out-of-network documentation. Reimbursement will be determined based on your insurance plan.
I provide in person and online therapy as a simple, effective and flexible solution. Online therapy sessions with me follow the general format of in person therapy and are designed for deep, reflective work that leads to change.
Making the choice to come to therapy is a difficult one, especially if you don’t know what to expect. What you can expect from therapy is to be respected, safe and not judged. Therapy is a shared journey in which we discover together, different perspectives and changes that can be made to alleviate the burden you are feeling. I provide a warm, supportive environment for you to recognize your authentic self and access your full potential.

I require a 24 hour in advance request for cancellation, no shows or less than 24 hour notice will result in the charge of the full session fee.
Under the law (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act) health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.
